This is a story about a girl who wants a pet. She goes through all of the options with her parents to no avail until one day she adopts a little bug. It is a sweet story - and one we can all relate to with our kids wanting something that we will not let them have. In the end the family is happy with the bug as a pet. The illustrations are lively and realistic. It is a quick book that will probably be enjoyed by most 2-5 year olds. Happy reading!!

I used this picture book to launch a unit on persuasive writing in grade 3. Students then wrote and illustrated their own "perfect pet" picture book.

This is a beautiful book but, if you are looking for a Kana Sutra guide in the bedroom I would advise looking at something else. This is strictly an educational book about the history and technical terms in Kama Sutra, not a sex guide. Since I was looking for something to give my boyfriend to branch out in the bedroom this did not meet my needs. If you are writing a paper or researching Kama Sutra this would be very informative and well written.

This is a huge book and only 3 pages are dedicated to positions it’s not at all what was expected. This is not a book for explaining and improving sexual prowess this is a book explains philosophy etcI wish I knew that before buying because the description is misleading.

This book exceeded my expectations, the illustrations are stunning! Makes an excellent gift for a partner who is interested in learning what ancient wisdom there is to be found about sex. A lot of copies ive seen look like something tacky you would find in a sex shop, this is very classy and looks educational and beautiful.

Yet, there is very little meaningful discussion and guidance around the topic. Mosley jumps right into this void with this book. "5 Things Every Teen Should Know About Sex" addresses in an accessible and relevant context how sex should be thought about from a biblical but yet practical perspective. A relatively quick read, its the perfect length for a teen's attention span and is just as candid and authentic as his first book. What I likes most is that "5 things" strikes a perfect balance between referencing scripture and delivering practical insights, such as highlighting that while many men spend much of their time in their younger years pursuing women, most when seeking their future wife apply significant value to how FEW sexual partners a woman has had. The exposure to life of the average person in Kumasi and the plight of maids was very enlightening. I highly recommend Shimmigrant.
